Goals

I’ve got to come up with some goals for work. I have a meeting with my mentor coming up, and she asked me to bring some ideas for goals that I could meet in the next 3 weeks. Essentially, I’ve got to come up with 3-5 goals pertaining to my job. They need to deal with auditing, technology, etc. Any ideas or advice???

    Efficency is always good…all I know is to do the best I can and be positive. But that really isn’t a goal.

    I figured you would have all kinds of great goal advice since you give such good job related advice on your blog. By the way I enjoyed the internship series. Technically, I’m an intern. I think the company hires a lot of the people through the intern program…maybe I’ll be one of them.

    Anyway, if you come up with any other ideas let me know.
